The Neeley Academic Advising Center (NAAC) is dedicated to supporting business majors throughout their entire undergraduate careers through effective academic advising.  The advisors in NAAC will assist students in the exploration, development, and management of individual educational plans.

Services we provide

  • Education on Neeley admissions requirements as well as University policies, procedures and resources
  • Assistance with Business Major/minor selection
  • An educational plan for specific academic interest and career plans
  • Assessment of academic progress and reference to resources

Incoming Freshman Students
Please note, advising during orientation is based on the first choice major listed on your application to TCU. You will NOT be able to change your first choice major to Pre-Business at orientation. If you are considering Business, you must change your first choice major with TCU admissions at least 10 days before your registered orientation session. If you have any questions regarding a change of first choice major prior to orientation please contact Frogmail@tcu.edu.

Incoming Transfer Students
To be considered for admission as pre-business, transfer students from a four-year university should have at least a 3.00 transfer GPA. Community college transfer applicants should have a minimum 3.25 transfer GPA to be considered as pre-business. Admissions to TCU as pre-business should be directed to TCU Transfer Admission Office, please contact Frogmail@tcu.edu.
