LaTanya has over 20 years of career services and higher education experience including positions at the Rochester Institute of Technology, UT Austin (McCombs School of Business), and TCU's Undergraduate Career Services Center at the Neeley School. LaTanya is committed to building partnerships and implementing innovative and cutting edge programming to better serve MBA students and the companies that recruit them.

Amanda Schram, Associate Director

Amanda joined the Graduate Career Center as Associate Director of Employer Relations in July 2018. She relocated to Fort Worth from the NYC area, where she was a recruitment consultant with Michael Page International, a top global recruitment agency. At Michael Page, Amanda was primarily responsible for recruiting entry to executive level professionals for finance and accounting roles with consumer products companies in the New Jersey/New York region while also seeking new business opportunities on the client side. Her efforts awarded her several accolades including Top Ten Rookie Recruiter within in her first three months of employment, Employee of the Month twice in one year and a Monthly Star recognition for top billing. Prior to her career in recruiting, Amanda attended graduate school at the University of Wyoming on a full scholarship and worked as a graduate assistant while she earned her Master of Public Administration degree. She holds a bachelor's degree from Denison University, a private liberal arts college in Ohio. Her expertise is in managing CRM databases, recruiting, corporate relations, hiring trends, interview processes, and matching candidates with job opportunities. As the Associate Director of Employer Relations, Amanda will be providing leadership and vision to the Graduate Career Center by developing a strategic plan to strengthen and maintain a robust campus MBA recruiting program. 

Feldhues Ashley

Ashley first tapped into the world of higher education and career services at her alma mater, Xavier University. After moving to Texas in pursuit of sunshine, she came to TCU in 2012 as the Program Specialist for the Neeley Graduate Career Center. While there, she led the transition and training for the center’s online career resource tools and managed employment data. Ashley then served as the Stewardship Coordinator for Donor Relations at TCU, establishing ways to build strong, strategic relationships. Now as the Assistant Director of Career Education and Advising, Ashley coaches students through mapping out an individualized career management strategy. Above all, Ashley enjoys learning what makes each MBA tick and helping to craft a customized personal brand.

Angie first caught the higher education bug at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. She spent almost four years in admissions, sending marketing materials to prospective graduate and undergraduate students. Her favorite part about the job was working with the students. After moving to Fort Worth, she heard so many great things about TCU that she focused her employment search here. She is looking forward to meeting the students and helping them in any way she can

Sallye recently rejoined her alma mater in the Neeley Graduate Career Center in May, 2016. After earning a BS in Nutrition in 1987, she spent the next 20 plus years working in the educational field, serving as a teacher, team leader, and mentor. Having grown up in Fort Worth and having graduated from TCU, furthering TCU’s advancement through a passion and appreciation for what TCU offers has been a long-term personal goal of hers.  She is looking forward to meeting new students and helping them grow and navigate their TCU Horned Frog experience.
