The 2008 Investment Strategies Conference to be held February 21 at the Neeley School of Business will explore the risks and returns of the  Commercial Real Estate Market .  Real estate has been one of the strongest and most consistent performing asset classes this decade, but property prices and global credit concerns have increased the risks.  A panel of nationally prominent experts will fully discuss the issues and opportunities associated with commercial real estate around the globe.  The event will feature Mr. Marc Holliday , CEO of SL Green Realty Corp as keynote speaker.  SL Green is a $6 billion market cap real estate investment trust with primary focus on Manhattan properties.

The Investment Strategies Conference is held each spring on the TCU Campus. The well-attended half-day program features a panel of highly respected investment managers to discuss their current investment strategies on varying topics from Hedge Funds, International Investments, Oil & Gas, to Real Estate. The panel discussion is followed by a dinner with a high-profile keynote speaker.
