Transportation to/from The Worthington Renaissance Hotel

Flying

The Dallas/Fort Worth (D/FW) International Airport is approximately 20 miles from downtown Fort Worth.  Airport shuttle, bus, taxicab and car rental services are available at the terminal. The D/FW Airport web site address is www.dfwairport.com .

Airport Shuttle

SuperShuttle service is available to or from D/FW Airport. A special BCERC conference rate for one way is $15.00 per person and round trip reservations are $28.00 per person. To receive this discount, book online and prepay through the following link:

Note: The SupperShuttle reservation link provided above is only for conference attendees who are staying at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel.  A separate link will be sent to Doctoral Consortium attendees for SuperShuttle reservations to their hotel. Conference and Doctoral Consortium attendees who are planning to stay elsewhere should call SuperShuttle directly or use SupperShuttle’s regular online site (www.supershuttle.com) if wishing to make a reservation with them.

 Note: The regular and conference discounted SuperShuttle Service is a “shared” ride, which means that you will likely be sharing a van with other persons going to/from the airport. As a result, the amount of time for the shuttle ride may vary slightly depending on the number of people riding and the number of stops to be made.

  • When passengers arrive into DFW International Airport please proceed to designated baggage claim.
  • Collect your luggage
  • Dial SuperShuttle from the courtesy phones adjacent to your baggage carousel
  • You may opt to call directly from your cell phone at (972) 615-2410 or (972) 615-2410, and then press 0
  • A dispatch agent will direct you to the nearest SuperShuttle boarding area

Taxi

Taxi service is available from the D/FW Airport and downtown Fort Worth for approximately $30. Allow 45 minutes for this trip. Fare from downtown Fort Worth to the TCU campus is approximately $10.

Transportation during the Conference

Transportation from The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel and the designated hotel for the Doctoral Consortium participants will be provided for all conference events.

Driving Directions to TCU’s Campus

From East or West of Fort Worth, Interstate 30

Exit University Drive South.
Travel south on University Drive South.
Turn left onto West Cantey and travel for two blocks.
Turn right onto Greene Avenue and travel for two blocks.
Turn left onto West Lowden Street.
Turn right onto Lubbock Avenue.
Visitor parking for the Neeley School of Business is on the left.

From South of Fort Worth, Interstate 20

Exit South Hulen Street, north.
Travel north on South Hulen Street.
Turn right onto Bellaire Drive South, travel east.
Bellaire Drive South becomes West Berry Street.
Turn left onto South University Drive and travel for three blocks.
Turn right onto West Cantey and travel for two blocks.
Turn right onto Greene Avenue and travel for two blocks.
Turn left onto West Lowden Street.
Turn right onto Lubbock Avenue.
Visitor parking for the Neeley School of Business is on the left. 

From North or South of Fort Worth, Interstate 35

Exit Interstate 30 toward Abilene.
Exit University Drive South.
Travel south on University Drive.
Turn left onto West Cantey and travel for two blocks.
Turn right onto Greene Avenue and travel for two blocks.
Turn left onto West Lowden Street.
Turn right onto Lubbock Avenue.
Visitor parking for the Neeley School of Business is on the left. 

Parking

Visitor parking is available in a parking lot on Lubbock Avenue across from the Neeley School of Business, Dan Rogers Hall. Parking is also available on the streets surrounding the campus (Note that some of streets have metered parking).
