Dr. Peters is a recognized expert in leadership development with more than 20 years of consulting, teaching and coaching on leadership, culture change and individual development for a variety of businesses, nonprofits and government organizations. He is the author of numerous articles in prestigious journals, chapters in leadership books and author of The Simple Truths About Leadership: Turning Your People into Your Partners. He is a four-time winner of TCU-wide teaching awards and teaches transformational leadership, consulting, high-engagement leadership and competitive advantage through people for the TCU MBA program. He holds an AB from Washington University, MS in industrial psychology from Southern Illinois University and PhD from Purdue University.
