Crucial conversation tools and a deep understanding of self and others will arm you with the knowledge and skills you need to approach, rather than avoid, difficult situations and build effective personal and professional relationships.

Become a Team Player

Learn while doing. As you formulate ideas for your impact project, and begin to function as a leader on your project team, learn how to start well, continue well, and end with a bang! Team formation, creating a strong team culture, resolving accountability issues within your team, and thus performing to high expectations are the focus of this course.

The Leadership Challenge

You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk? Here you’ll put the leadership lessons you’ve learned into action. Learning will center around high intensity teamwork on real-world projects (impact projects), forging relationships with mentors, and confronting some of the most challenging issues facing leaders today.

You've landed a job, now what? In your senior year we will help you understand what it takes to successfully transition your learning to the workplace. Through interviews with alumni, a speaker series, and in-depth case studies of leadership issues in organizational contexts you will leave the program fully prepared to start your career and hit the ground running.
