Laura Gore is a Horned Frog through and through. With a BS in advertising and public relations from TCU in 2006 and MLA in 2015, Gore bleeds purple.
After a career beginning at the Fort Worth Zoo as group sales representative, then junior account executive at Concussion advertising and public relations, and finally as marketing coordinator at Holt Lunsford Commercial, Gore joined TCU Alumni Relations in 2011.
As assistant director of TCU Alumni Relations, Gore engaged TCU alumni, parents and friends through special events, outreach and volunteer opportunities. She coordinated TCU homecoming activities including FrogFest and reunions. She also planned programs and oversaw volunteer boards for TCU alumni chapters in Denver, Kansas City, New York City, San Antonio and Washington, D.C.
For TCU Neeley, Gore will lead the Neeley Alumni Executive Board and partner with Neeley alumni, parents, business contacts and other important constituents for networking events, student visits, volunteer opportunities and other special events.
“I believe in the value of a strong alumni program, and I look forward to utilizing the skill set I developed in the TCU Alumni Relations office to continue to build a vibrant Neeley alumni network,” Gore said.
TCU Neeley currently has volunteer committees in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Houston, Kansas City, New York City, Seattle, Washington D.C., and northern and southern California. Each committee is headed by members of the Neeley Alumni Executive Board. For more information, visit http://neeley.tcu.edu/Alumni/Executive__Board.aspx.
