Combining decades of excellence and experience in higher education, executive education, diversity and leadership, TCU Neeley Executive Education and the National African-American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI) have partnered to deliver a unique opportunity for African-American women to enhance and transform their careers. This exceptional annual leadership program will engage participants, supporters and sponsors of NAAWLI, as well as alumni and supporters of Texas Christian University.

Taught by expert faculty members from the TCU Neeley School of Business and NAAWLI facilitators, topics include leadership, business insight, financial acumen, strategic thinking, executive presence, process improvement, and leading community service projects.

The 2018 three-week program begins March 18, 2018, and will be held for one week each in March, June and September. Classes will be held at City Central Offices, 17250 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, Texas. Cost is $6,500 for corporations and $5,000 for educational institutions and nonprofits.

“For 17 years we have been dedicated to building a more inclusive corporate community, and we were impressed by that same dedication in the TCU Neeley School of Business,” said Pamela Estes, executive director of NAAWLI. “When we first met with TCU Neeley leadership about this opportunity, we could see that they are in line with our goals and values. It makes perfect sense for us to partner together to create this phenomenal program.”

The National African-American Women’s Leadership Institute Inc. is the premier resource for connecting, educating and empowering African-American women leaders to become trailblazers in global leadership.
