$500 fee. The majority of the costs associated with this trip are included in the Energy MBA student fees. An estimated breakdown of costs are:

  • Included: Textbooks and materials, hotel accommodations (2 students per room), transportation within country, all breakfasts and some lunches, welcome and farewell dinners, expenses related to company visits and lectures.
  • Not included: TCU tuition, airfare to and from Europe, airport taxes, passports or tourist visas, meals and personal expenses.
  • Guest fee: $2,400

Travel Arrangements
Students should not purchase flight tickets or make other irrevocable travel arrangements until they have received communication from the faculty member(s) leading the trip.

Registration and Payment
Registration opens Monday, October 1, at 7 a.m.
Class is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment of $500 via credit card is required at the time of registration.
