Johns LaTanya

LaTanya Johns, Director

LaTanya has over 20 years of career services and higher education experience including positions at the Rochester Institute of Technology, UT Austin (McCombs School of Business), and TCU's Undergraduate Career Services Center at the Neeley School. LaTanya is committed to building partnerships and implementing innovative and cutting edge programming to better serve MBA students and the companies that recruit them.

Amanda Schram

Amanda Schram, Associate Director

Amanda joined the Graduate Career Center as Associate Director of Employer Relations in July 2018. She relocated to Fort Worth from the NYC area, where she was a recruitment consultant with Michael Page International, a top global recruitment agency. At Michael Page, Amanda was primarily responsible for recruiting entry to executive level professionals for finance and accounting roles with consumer products companies in the New Jersey/New York region while also seeking new business opportunities on the client side. Her efforts awarded her several accolades including Top Ten Rookie Recruiter within in her first three months of employment, Employee of the Month twice in one year and a Monthly Star recognition for top billing. Prior to her career in recruiting, Amanda attended graduate school at the University of Wyoming on a full scholarship and worked as a graduate assistant while she earned her Master of Public Administration degree. She holds a bachelor's degree from Denison University, a private liberal arts college in Ohio. Her expertise is in managing CRM databases, recruiting, corporate relations, hiring trends, interview processes, and matching candidates with job opportunities. As the Associate Director of Employer Relations, Amanda will be providing leadership and vision to the Graduate Career Center by developing a strategic plan to strengthen and maintain a robust campus MBA recruiting program. 

Paige Folger

Paige Folger, Administrative Assistant

Paige joined TCU in October, 2015 as a temporary staff member working with Neeley’s evening graduate business programs’ staff. Her contributions to the admissions team did not go unnoticed and she was hired a permanent full-time Administrative Assistant in June, 2016. During her tenure with evening graduate programs, Paige supported admissions and recruiting operations for the PMBA, Health Care MBA, Energy MBA and M.S. Supply Chain programs. She was a dedicated resource for prospective students in these programs and supported them through their orientation and onboarding all the way through graduation. Joining the Graduate Career Center, Paige brings her expertise in event planning and budgeting as well as her superior customer service skills and passion for helping students.

She holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University. Her career history includes working at American Airlines as an Analyst where she was responsible for data management and analytics, formulating annual budgets and training personnel on budget programs and processes. By far, her most rewarding career was devoting 20 years at home with her children.

Bailey Zieman

Bailey Zieman, Assistant Director

Bailey joined the Graduate Career Center as Assistant Director of Career Education & Advising in September 2019. Prior to that, she lived in Midland, TX and worked as a Recruiting Lead for Concho Resources, a leading oil and gas producer in the Permian Basin. Throughout her six-year tenure at Concho, she held various positions within HR and helped manage college recruiting efforts for their intern program and other full time positions. She also has experience working in HR and Recruiting at an energy trading company and a staffing firm in Houston, TX.

Bailey attended the University of Texas in Austin, where she graduated with honors from the McCombs School of Business with a degree in Marketing. She is passionate about working with students to achieve their career goals and will be instrumental in providing valuable insights and advice to ensure they’re on the right path.

Shannon Franklin Hightower

Shannon Franklin-Hightower, Career Consultant

Shannon joined the GCC team Fall 2018 and works exclusively with our Working Professionals (current students enrolled in all of our part-time graduate business programs and alumni of all Neeley graduate business programs).

Prior to that, Shannon was an integral part of the Rice University, Jones School community. During her tenure there, Shannon engaged with MBA students and alumni in their career development process by creating and delivering strategic programming to meet their professional goals through discussing career plans, networking, and job search strategies. Her greatest contribution was the creation of the International Student Alumni Board, as well as the Alumni initiative in support of student/alumni networking.
