Neeley Faculty and Staff

This page is the go-to source for TCU Neeley faculty and staff to access resources, project requests and timeline guidance for initiatives with the External Relations Team.

We are excited to work with you. Our goal is to help best showcase your initiatives and activations while ensuring a consistent brand experience for all constituents of the TCU Neeley School of Business.

After submission, each request will be reviewed and feedback will be provided in order to best meet the stated goals within TCU and Neeley policies and parameters. A member of the External Relations team will respond, and, if needed, reach out to discuss the project or follow up with questions.

If a request cannot be fulfilled due to lead-time, resources or other circumstances, requestors will be guided toward alternative options wherever possible. Please discuss all timelines, needs and expectations with your immediate team members and/or supervisors before submitting a request.

Timelines for requests

The below timeline guidance is general and allows for elevated, quality work that incorporates creative development and 1-2 rounds of editing feedback without rushing. This timeline is not the length of time it takes to work on a project alone; it takes into account contract approvals, other projects in the development pipeline, waiting on various assets, and more. Additional detailed timeline information is found within the request system for each type of request.

Please note: All necessary text, photos and other relevant materials for the project must be received before a request can be greenlit to start production. Some items require a completed contract before they can commence.

  • 12 weeks+ for large-scale projects, new collateral, new program or project launches, and/or development of marketing/communications plans or strategies
  • 6-8 weeks for in-depth digital and print projects (such as email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flipbooks, reports)
  • 2-4 weeks for small-scale digital or print projects (such as digital signage, graphics, posters, yard signage, pop-up banners, handouts)

For events-related activations, remember a request should incorporate the start date when promotion should begin, not the date of the event. For example, if you want 6 weeks to promote and request RSVPs, you should submit your request 12 weeks out from the date of the event. If you want to promote the event earlier than 6 weeks ahead, a longer lead time based on your first promotion timing target is needed.

Sufficient lead time ensures we can fulfill your request, and those of others, in a professional and timely manner. Please coordinate with all involved parties before submitting your request.

Additional note: Production and shipping times may vary. Advanced notice is highly recommended for projects to avoid rush requests that might not be possible to execute.
