This form is for TCU Faculty and Staff only. Students cannot reserve conference rooms or classrooms. Team rooms can be reserved here.
University policy states that no food or drink may be served in classrooms. We do not book conference rooms for exams, for faculty office hours or for students. If you need to schedule an exam, contact Liz O'Keefe to use the test room, NEEL 1225.
When reserving Banquet rooms, there can be no more than 2 events per day and there is a 2-3 hour period to change over the room after the previous event. Any alcohol at an event on campus must be served by Sodexo. The alcohol approval form must be submitted to the Dean's office for approval at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
