• Work Experience Prior to MSBA: Most recently, I worked full-time with TimelyCare, a local telehealth organization, in which I was a part of their marketing department bringing mental health services to university campuses. Prior to this role, I have work experience in project management, sales, and healthcare operational roles.
• Why Did You Choose the TCU MSBA Program?: For quite a few reasons. The smaller class sizes were appealing to me as I knew it would allow more one-on-one opportunities to interact with the professors and allow them to get to know me. The in-demand analyst skills and software combined in the curriculum also caught my attention. The MSBA program provides career management services that are there to help you land a job during the program. Also, the opportunity to work on real-life cases to solve complex problems for businesses showed the Neeley School of Business has the utmost confidence in its students.
• Advice for Prospective Applicants: Go into the program open-minded and dive in head-first! Be visible and willing to partake in any opportunity presented to you. Most importantly, allow yourself to be a student and don't be afraid to ask questions.
• Ask Me About: Work/life/kids school balance, networking, time-management, non-business undergrad major, transferring into TCU, remote work, switching career moves, etc. Nothing is off the table!
