Shannon D. Fletcher EMBA ’14, Chief of Staff, Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office
Fletcher is a native of Fort Worth and has extensive experience in the nonprofit, government and public policy sector. Currently, she serves as the first-ever Chief of Staff for Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. In this capacity, Fletcher leads the Chief of Staff division and is responsible for all non-lawyer, non- investigator operations of the office which includes overseeing hiring and personnel matters, internal information technology needs, facility requirements, media, community outreach, and the development and administration of both the Criminal District Attorney’s office annual budget and annual report. Schenkel has more than 30 years of global business and financial leadership expertise across commerce, health care and technology businesses. As an operationally-focused CFO, Schenkel’s experience spans company, business unit and functional leadership with extensive knowledge in financial planning, analytics, strategy, audit, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition integration, Six Sigma and process improvement.
