Recruit

We seek out the brightest students, no matter where they come from. We proactively cultivate outreach and engagement with underrepresented students, especially students of color, who may otherwise have limited connections to higher education opportunities/pathways.

These programs bridge the opportunity gap for high school students from underrepresented communities. Get a head start on your college and professional career, taking college level classes and experiencing a taste of college life during a week-long period in the summer.

Accelerated Career Awareness Program (ACAP)
Attend classes on careers in accounting and business, personal development and college preparation. Part of a partnership with NABA Inc. Learn more

Neeley Analytics Academy
Hands-on opportunities to learn and hone your skills in data analytics and market research, learning how to use data to assess a business’s performance and improve profitability. Hosted by the Neeley Analytics Initiative. Learn more

Business Technology Camp
Focus on evolving technologies and get a glimpse into future career paths in supply chain, from artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to geographic mapping and automated vehicles. Hosted by the Center for Supply Chain Innovation. Learn more

High School Investor Challenge
Take a week of finance classes and then, throughout the fall and spring, manage a $100,000 virtual stock portfolio. Hosted by the Luther King Capital Management Center for Financial Studies. Learn more

Suit Up – Lead On

From presentations to job interviews, professional attire helps you feel polished and prepared. There are funds to help purchase business attire if you have demonstrated need. The Suit Up – Lead On program is supported by the generosity of Monica and Les Garrett '96.

You may need a hand covering incidentals such as textbooks or meals. Our student-run fund supports fellow Horned Frogs in times of need.

Microsoft Office Certification

Neeley requires Microsoft Office Specialist certification for all business majors, to maximize your advantages in the job market. For students with demonstrated need, we help cover costs for prep classes and tests. Contact Assistant Dean Lynn Muller at l.muller@tcu.edu.
