Scholarships for Full-time MBA Students

TCU Neeley supports students with large scholarships and grants to make the Full-time MBA possible for professionals returning to campus for school. All applicants (including international students) are automatically considered for most scholarships based on your application materials and interview. TCU also partners with different local and national organizations to provide scholarships.

More than half of our full-time students receive full-tuition scholarships, but spots are limited. Learn more and start your application today!

Dean's Scholarships
TCU Neeley's largest award covers full tuition, TCU MBA fees and up to $5,000 annual stipend. The award includes tuition for a study abroad program and personal mentoring opportunities from top faculty.

TCU Neeley Scholarships
Covers full tuition for the Full-time MBA (including tuition for study abroad programs). May not include TCU MBA fees.

Other Scholarships
Range from $2,500 to full tuition. Includes endowed scholarships such as the Charles D. Tandy Scholarship, Howard Charles Harder Memorial Scholarship, Luther A. Henderson Scholarship and Thomas Kinder Farris Scholarship. No separate application. Most awards are open to students of all nationalities.

The TCU Full-time MBA reserves a limited number of seats for applicants who are eligible to receive Post-9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program benefits at the 100% rate. We'll work with you to maximize your benefits and time at TCU.

Graduate Assistants
Graduate assistants are hired by the academic departments within the TCU Neeley School of Business for specific projects. You are paid an hourly rate through student payroll.

Summer Internships
TCU MBA students participate in professional internships over the summer months, most with salaries ranging from $25 to $45 per hour. Many students who interned with local companies continue working 10-15 hours per week for these companies during their second year of the MBA program.

The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) MBA Scholarship aims to support talented Hispanic leaders in pursuing their MBA dreams with life-changing scholarships and mentoring opportunities. The scholarship provides full-tuition, MBA fees, and a free two-year FWHCC membership while you are in school. Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce Scholarship
The Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce (FWMBCC) MBA Scholarship aims to support talented black leaders in pursuing their MBA dreams with life-changing scholarships and mentoring opportunities. The scholarship provides full-tuition, MBA fees, and a free two-year FWMBCC membership while you are in school. Leadership Fort Worth
Graduates and current members of a Leadership Fort Worth program are eligible to apply for this scholarship that covers full-tuition and MBA fees. One of the oldest community leadership-development programs in the nation, Leadership Fort Worth engages and challenges leaders to plan for the future and function as trustees by committing themselves to making their communities a better place to live. TCU Neeley Scholarship for Members of Prospanica/National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA)
Awards range from $10,000 to $20,000 per academic year.

TCU Neeley Scholarship for Members of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA)
Awards range from $10,000 to $20,000 per academic year.

TCU ROTC Graduate Student Scholarship
Full two-year tuition for qualified students interested in serving in the National Guard or Reserves as a Commissioned Officer after degree completion. No previous military experience required. Learn more.

Scholarships for Evening Programs and Part-time Students

To make graduate education more accessible to working students, TCU offers Professional Development Grants for part-time graduate students enrolled in credit courses. Unlike student loans, grants do not need to be repaid. The grants pay one-fourth tuition credit for up to six semester hours for each semester. A total of six hours is allowed for all summer semesters combined.

Qualifications

  • Year-round part-time students enrolled for eight credit hours per semester or less.
  • Must be admitted to TCU before application will be considered.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must be at least 22 years of age by the final day of late registration.
  • Must be in good academic and financial standing with all colleges or universities previously attended.
  • Adjusted gross income does not exceed:
    • $87,954* for independent, single students without dependents.
    • $109,157* for married or single students with dependents.

The TCU Executive MBA reserves a limited number of seats for applicants who are eligible to received Post-9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program benefits at the 100% rate. We also waive the $75 application fee for all military personnel. Contact TCU’s Executive MBA team for details.

Prospective evening graduate students with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and competitive GMAT or GRE scores can qualify for up to $10,200 in scholarship funds to offset the cost of graduate program fees.

There is not a separate application to qualify for this scholarship. Once you are admitted to the program, your admission file will automatically be evaluated for scholarship eligibility.
