Capstone Consulting Projects are semester-long, faculty-led consulting engagements that connect organizations with TCU Neeley supply chain students to address strategic and operational supply chain challenges.

Over a 14-week semester, teams of high-performing seniors work alongside faculty mentors to analyze business challenges, develop recommendations and present practical, data-driven solutions. Organizations gain fresh perspectives while students build the experience needed to become future supply chain leaders.

Each consulting engagement includes:

  • 14-week faculty-led consulting engagement
  • Dedicated team of four to five senior students
  • Approximately 500 hours of student consulting work
  • Approximately 40 hours of faculty guidance and oversight
