Neeley Next Step is a peer mentorship program that connects first-year business students with upper-level mentors to build confidence, explore majors and develop a clear path forward at TCU Neeley.
How the Program Works
- Six one-on-one mentor meetings throughout the semester
- Fall and spring cohorts for flexibility
- Program-wide events to build community
- A pathway to leadership, with many mentees returning as mentors
