The BNSF Neeley Leadership Program prepares students to lead in a complex, evolving world through immersive coursework, experiential learning and real-world leadership challenges.

Leadership Development in Action

The program is guided by a leadership competency model designed to strengthen communication, teamwork and strategic thinking skills. Through collaborative coursework and applied learning experiences, students develop practical leadership abilities they can carry into organizations, industries and communities.

Our Partner: BNSF Railway

BNSF Railway supports the program through funding and direct engagement, providing insight into the leadership skills and experiences companies seek. 

Program Experience

Students develop leadership skills through immersive experiences that combine coursework, collaboration and real-world application.

  • Domestic and international leadership travel
  • Two-semester impact project
