Neeley Mentorship Program
The Neeley Mentorship Program connects undergraduate business students with experienced alumni mentors to strengthen professional skills, explore career paths and build meaningful connections across industries.
A Student-Led Mentoring Experience
Developed by students, for students, this program is part of a broader professional
development experience at TCU Neeley. It is designed for sophomores at a critical
stage of career exploration and skill development.
Participants gain guidance from alumni mentors while also engaging in a curriculum
created and delivered by a student executive board composed of upper-level business
students.
Program Structure
- Time Commitment: The program runs for 10 weeks each spring semester, with mentors and mentees meeting at least once per week.
- Matching Process: Mentors and mentees are paired based on shared interests, with a focus on creating meaningful, relevant connections.
- Student-Led Curriculum: Mentees participate in weekly sessions focused on professionalism, career exploration and industry exposure.
