Dr. Lofton is an experienced Director of Diversity at the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business. She has developed business partnerships with higher education institutions, career awareness programs for high school students and incoming freshman,and provided support services for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral level students. She focuses on creating a welcoming diverse environment that promotes equality.

Dr. Lofton is skilled in nonprofit organizations, career development, diversity training, conflict resolution and instructional design. She is a strong human resources professional with an Ed. D focused on higher education from Grambling State University.

He is also responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Kelvin has over 15 years of experience in finance and previously worked as a Finance Controller at AT&T for their Technology Development Organization. He has a proven track record of delivering strategic insights, driving operational efficiency, and managing complex projects.

Kelvin was selected for the Future Leaders development program at Microsoft and is also a TCU representative board member for the Dallas Business Club.

Paul has 27 years of experience working with large, complex clients across a variety of industries. He is currently the lead client service partner (LCSP) for Kubota North America and XPEL, Inc. In addtion, he is leading Deloitte’s audit and non-audit services for two private design and construction companies in various stages of growth. He is also the advisory partner for consulting, tax, and advisory for YUM! Brands.

Paul earned a BA of Mathematics and Economics from St. Olaf College and is a member of the American Institute of certified public accountants. He is a CPA and serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Accenture, Dannetta served as Vice Chancellor and Chief Diversity Officer at a Tier 1 University System and over 20 years between Deloitte and Shell oil. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her three girls, watching I Love Lucy re-runs and trying new restaurants.

She also holds minors in Spanish and Comparative Race and Ethnic Studies. During her senior year she was a founding member of the TCU National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) chapter where she coordinated and facilitated professional development activities.
