Minakshi Trivedi, chair of the marketing department, is now the J. Vaughn and Evelyn H. Wilson Professor of Marketing.

Minakshi Trivedi, chair of the Department of Marketing and director of research for the Sales and Customer Insights Center at TCU Neeley, is the newest J. Vaughn and Evelyn H. Wilson Professor of Marketing.
Trivedi joined TCU Neeley in 2016 and has an outstanding record of research in leading marketing journals. She researches retail issues and consumption behavior, especially the impact of social media and online channels on consumer behavior.
Trivedi received the 2014 Fulbright US Scholar Award for her research: “Social Media: A Game Changer.” Candidates must be eminent scholars with significant teaching and publication records.
Her research has won numerous awards and has been published in prestigious marketing journals. She serves on the editorial advisory board of several academic journals including the Journal of Retailing.
Trivedi teaches marketing research and analytics at TCU Neeley. She led the development of the TCU MBA Analytics Certificate and played a vital role in establishing the Sales and Customer Insights Center.
