Bio
Allison is a former strategy consultant, and entrepreneur, currently serving as a full-time Instructor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Neeley School of Business, TCU. She initially joined the school as an adjunct professor before transitioning to her current role in 2024.
Before her academic role, she worked at Bain & Company, where she played a pivotal role in strategy projects for clients in the airline, education, and retail sectors. Notably, she was a key member of the team that launched the Bain Alumni Venture Fund (Future Back Ventures), where she spearheaded communications and marketing efforts, connecting alumni entrepreneurs on a global scale.
Prior to her consulting career, Allison spent a decade as an entrepreneur in Nashville, Tennessee, where she successfully scaled a franchise business before selling it in 2018. Following this, she co-founded a women’s apparel business designed to help small retail brands move excess inventory through upscale warehouse sale events.
Allison holds an MBA with honors, specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, from Vanderbilt University. She also earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Alabama with a major in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations.
