Jim will join Ross Video as the director of creative and technical services leading the creative services group.

Kim serves as director of account services at Balcom Agency, which recently earned the most ADDY Awards of any Fort Worth organization at this year’s American Advertising Federation – Fort Worth Awards. Balcom was honored with a gold ADDY for its Dairy Discovery Zone exhibition for Dairy MAX and two silver and five bronze ADDYs for clients in multiple industries. With a Gold ADDY at the district awards, Balcom will move on to compete in the national competition, to be held in June.
