Jim recently finalized the sale of his company, Rocket Surgery, to Ross Video – a company that designs, markets, manufactures, and supports a wide range of innovative products for use in broadcast, distribution, live event and production applications. Jim will join Ross Video as the director of creative and technical services leading the creative services group.

Kim Speairs ‘14

Kim serves as director of account services at Balcom Agency, which recently earned the most ADDY Awards of any Fort Worth organization at this year’s American Advertising Federation – Fort Worth Awards. Balcom was honored with a gold ADDY for its Dairy Discovery Zone exhibition for Dairy MAX and two silver and five bronze ADDYs for clients in multiple industries. With a Gold ADDY at the district awards, Balcom will move on to compete in the national competition, to be held in June.

Justin is now the regional director of operations at Lifespace Communities, a not-for-profit corporation that operates retirement communities around the U.S. Justin joined Lifespace in September 2014 as director of special projects. Prior to joining Lifespace, he served as executive director of the Stayton at Museum Way, a senior living community in Fort Worth.
