Executive Communication Series

Communication is so important at every level of leadership, that we have built this new Executive Communication Series to provide deeper insights and additional strategies, tools and approaches to a wide variety of leadership communication challenges and opportunities.

The Executive Communication Series provides a learning roadmap for leaders comprised of four offerings designed to intentionally address the areas where leaders can benefit from strengthening the skills imperative for effective communications, collaborations, and interactions. Participants can take the individual courses that best fit their leadership challenges and development needs and receive a certificate of completion at the close of each offering. You can also choose to maximize your learning by completing the entire series.

Cost: $5,300* for the four-part series includes all class materials, breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
By purchasing the four-course series, participants will benefit from a cost savings of over $1,200.

In this two-day offering, participants will gain insights and concrete strategies for accomplishing personal and organizational goals by effectively managing differences and resolving conflicts. Executives will be given the tools needed to expand their influence acumen and strengthen their impact in interactions by securing buy-in from others.

Our flagship program focuses on equipping all leaders, both seasoned and newly appointed, with the necessary skills and competencies to successfully navigate adaptive spaces and complex organizational settings.

Strategic Project Management

This course addresses some of the key challenges in managing projects, programs, and project portfolios. Participants will engage at both the higher levels of project selection, planning, and control where executive oversight is needed to properly launch and sustain successful projects and the level of project management methods and skills. Learn to think critically about alternative approaches to projects, such as agile and waterfall, and when (and when not) to plan projects in detail. Additionally, participants will learn foundational skills for project planning and scheduling. Faculty leader, Tyson Browning, will explore sources of uncertainty, risk, and opportunity for projects, and how to tell if a project is making real progress.
