Venture Builder

The Venture Builder program connects TCU students with small businesses and startups to address real-world challenges. This immersive, semester-long experience builds skills in entrepreneurship, design and innovation.

About the Program

Venture Builder pairs student teams with local businesses to address real challenges and opportunities. Teams evaluate potential solutions and develop strategic recommendations that are presented to business owners at the end of the program. 

Through partnerships with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and SCORE, students receive guidance from experienced mentors while gaining exposure to real-world business decision-making.

Students work in cross-disciplinary teams to analyze business challenges, develop solutions and present recommendations to business leaders. Throughout the program, mentors guide the process as teams collaborate to deliver actionable insights and strategies for participating businesses.
