Turn AI Potential into Business Results

Many organizations are experimenting with AI, but few have successfully integrated it into everyday work. This program gives leaders and managers practical approaches for spotting where AI can create real value and where it may not, evaluating tools and use cases, and driving the adoption that turns promising experiments into everyday practice.

The day is hands-on. Participants will build a working AI tool, assistant or agent around a real business task, using the experience to understand both what these systems can do and what it takes to put them into practice, delivered in person, and built entirely around your own real business challenge, not a generic AI exercise.

You'll leave with something you built, a practical framework for evaluating where AI fits in your team or function, and judgment you can keep using as the technology evolves.

Full-day hands-on workshop
