The MBA Future Leaders Program gives high-achieving students early access to Neeley resources while they build professional experience before beginning the Full-Time MBA program.
Apply during the final year of your undergraduate or graduate program. Students from all academic backgrounds with fewer than two years of professional or military experience are encouraged to apply.

Building Professional Experience
Students admitted to the MBA Future Leaders Program spend two to four years gaining substantive experience before beginning the Full-Time MBA program. Qualifying experiences may include:
- Traditional work experience
- Military or public service
- Another degree or certificate program
- An entrepreneurial venture
- 650+ GMAT Score
- 3.4+ GPA
- Work, internship or research experience from undergraduate or graduate studies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Evidence of initiative and resilience
Students apply to the MBA Future Leaders Program during the final year of their undergraduate or graduate studies. The application process includes submission of academic and professional materials as part of the admissions review process.
